Place three drops of clean water at your crown chakra, wash upward while speaking what you wish to welcome, and use the bar daily until it is finished. A single bar is not used for both steps. A little care before your ritual
Pure essential oils are concentrated and should never be applied directly to skin. Use a properly diluted preparation and follow your bottle’s directions. If you are unsure whether your oil is ready to use or needs dilution, ask Karly before applying.
Before first use, try a small amount of the prepared product on a small area of skin to check for sensitivity. This does not rule out an allergy. If redness, itching, or irritation occurs, stop use and gently wash it off. Keep away from eyes and broken skin. For external use only.
For perfume, follow its own label directions. Keep oils and perfume away from candles and open flames.

How I prepare your cleansing package
Your cleansing package begins with intention. After you place your order, I receive spiritual messages that guide me in choosing the herbs for your cleansing. You do not need to know me personally or share your story for me to prepare your package.
The herbs come from Haiti, where they are picked by hand, and go through a blessing process before becoming part of your offering. Each package is prepared with care, honoring the Haitian Vodou tradition that guides my work.

Use the alignment soap for the Soap 2 restoration practice: three drops of clean water at your crown, wash upward while speaking your intention, and continue daily until the bar is finished.

Keep your washing area free of slipping hazards. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from towels, curtains, children, and pets. Never leave it unattended. 1. Light your candle and set your intention
Safely light your candle. In your own words, speak what you want to welcome into your life. This single-bar practice follows the restoration step.

2. Three drops at your crown
Place three drops of clean water at the crown chakra, the center of the top of your head, before using the soap.
3. Wash upward
Follow the Soap 2 practice: wash upward over your body, as directed on the label, while continuing to speak your intention. Rinse as directed.
4. Continue until finished
Use the same bar daily until it is finished. Do not throw it away after three nights. Extinguish your candle when done, let it cool, and take a moment to give thanks in your own words.

How I prepare your cleansing package
Your cleansing package begins with intention. After you place your order, I receive spiritual messages that guide me in choosing the herbs for your cleansing. You do not need to know me personally or share your story for me to prepare your package.
The herbs come from Haiti, where they are picked by hand, and go through a blessing process before becoming part of your offering. Each package is prepared with care, honoring the Haitian Vodou tradition that guides my work.
A spiritual ritual for releasing the lingering energy you associate with previous occupants, stressful experiences, or a season that has come to an end. Set your intention for peace, protection, and a space that feels like your own.

How to use your home cleansing package

For Step 1 and Step 2, add water to the separate cleansing herbs according to the amounts and preparation directions supplied with your package. If anything is unclear, contact Karly before use. Test the prepared wash on a small, hidden area and follow your flooring manufacturer's care directions. Do not soak the floor or mix the herbs with bleach, ammonia, or other cleaning products. Keep children and pets away and allow floors to dry before walking on them.
Candle safety
Place the candle near the center of the space only if there is a stable, heat-resistant surface well away from curtains, papers, products, and anything flammable. Otherwise, use a safer nearby position. Light the candle only when these conditions are met and you can remain with it. Never place a lit candle directly on the floor or leave it unattended. Keep it away from children and pets. Extinguish it before leaving or moving it. If a flame is not permitted or safe, use an LED candle as your point of intention.

Use the FIRST herb package for release, prepared according to its label. Begin at the back of your home and mop toward the front entrance. Move with care and hold your intention as you clean.
Suggested intention: I release obstacles and lingering energy that do not belong in my home. I let go of anything that stands in the way of my peace, protection, and prosperity.
After the release step
When the release step is complete, extinguish the candle before handling cleanup. Discard the mop used for that step; do not reuse it for the welcoming step or ordinary cleaning. Empty and clean your bucket according to the product directions before preparing the second wash.
2. Welcome | Front to back
Use the SECOND herb package, prepared according to its label, with a new mop and fresh wash water. Begin at the front entrance and clean toward the back of your home, welcoming the qualities you want to nurture. Use the candle with the same precautions.
Suggested intention: I welcome peace, love, and protection into this home. May this be a place of rest, warmth, and harmony for all who live here.
Close your practice
After the welcoming step, let the floor dry, extinguish the candle, and take a quiet moment to give thanks in your own words. Your intentions may be spoken aloud or held silently. This spiritual ritual accompanies practical care for your space.

We approach each session with patience and respect for your family’s beliefs, without assuming what a child’s experiences mean. The focus is helping your child feel comfortable, express questions at their own pace, and practice simple ways to settle their attention.

If you cancel or cannot attend, payments are non-refundable. You may choose either of these options:
- Transfer your paid retreat credit to someone else. You are responsible for finding that person and arranging the transfer directly with them. Notify us before the retreat so we can update the registration.
- Apply your paid credit toward the 2028 retreat. The credit applies to the amount you paid; any difference in the future retreat price remains payable.

Requesting a Return
This opens an email request; your return is not approved until we confirm by email. Please contact us before sending a product back.
Email iineressence@gmail.com within 5 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. Please contact us before shipping anything back; we will provide instructions and the correct return address.
Eligible Items
Standard physical products must be unused, unopened, with any seals intact, and in their original packaging. Please include proof of purchase. Once approved, send the return within 10 calendar days of receiving our return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem, preferably within 5 days of delivery. Include photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. The unused/unopened requirement does not prevent you from reporting a defect discovered after opening. The five-day change-of-mind window does not limit rights for faulty or misdescribed goods that cannot legally be excluded.
Return Shipping & Postage Reimbursement
Once your return is approved, please use USPS Priority Mail, our preferred return-shipping service, and follow the return instructions we provide. Pay the postage upfront, keep your USPS receipt and tracking number, and email a copy of the receipt with your order number. If USPS Priority Mail is unavailable, contact us before choosing another service.
After we receive and inspect your returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will refund the eligible product amount and reimburse the USPS Priority Mail return-postage cost shown on your receipt. Another service must be agreed with us in advance to qualify for postage reimbursement. Please confirm any extra insurance, signature services, or other additional charges with us before purchase; these extras are reimbursed only if agreed in advance. We cannot reimburse postage without proof of payment.
Approved product refunds and return-postage reimbursements are processed within 5 business days of approval after inspection. Product refunds go to your original payment method; if postage reimbursement needs a different method, we will arrange it directly with you. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee is charged. Sale items follow the same return conditions unless clearly marked final sale before purchase. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate solution. You may request a written copy of this policy by email.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you our decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Custom Products, Digital Downloads, and Services
Custom-made products and delivered digital downloads are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us about incorrect or defective items. Meditation, classes, readings, gift cards, and retreat bookings require their own clearly stated cancellation or refund terms; this physical-product return policy does not establish those terms.
Spiritual results are personal and are not guaranteed. Returns are assessed using the product and order conditions above. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
